2023 Street Resurfacing Program meeting | 7pm

Pursuant to KRS 91A.250, the City of Fort Thomas wishes to notify you of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. in the Mess Hall, 801 Cochran Avenue, Fort Thomas, concerning the proposed 2023 Street Resurfacing Program. The purpose of this public hearing is to present information and provide an opportunity for comments from affected property owners.
The public hearing will include an opportunity for comment for the following streets:
Burney Lane, Chalfonte Place, Chalfonte Court, Kyles Lane, Miami Parkway, Tremont Avenue, Waterworks Road (Short Section)
The City proposes to finance these improvements in part by special assessment of the abutting properties on a front foot basis. A copy of the Engineer’s Comprehensive Report and Project Specifications can be examined at the Armory Building, 950 S. Ft. Thomas during normal working hours (8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
The City of Fort Thomas will make every reasonable accommodation to assist qualified disabled persons in obtaining access to available services or in attending City activities.
